I'm guessing this will be a blockbuster.
I'm guessing this will be a blockbuster.
Has potential, but can't help feeling like this is yet another 'Hollywood cashes in on something that's already popular because they can't think of anything original' move...
Still, just the amount of talent and references they seem to have assembled for this movie is a little bit awe-inspiring; but misusing those things is one of the ways a movie can go bad really fast.
bricks will be shat
It's gonna be like a 90mins long episode of Robot Chicken.
Octan is evil?? I'm pretty sure my brother and I had a bunch of old Octan legos.

Looks like the new trailer is out~
As the father of a 4-year-old, I was like "Fuck this, there are a thousand Lego movies on Netflix, I'm not taking him to see another one in the theater" but watched the previews and there are some genuinely funny lines. I might actually pony up new-movie-theater admission price for this, instead of the usual dollar theater / netflix / redbox.
watch this be blocked in my country

Bumping because this movie comes out in 2 days (and because Princess Uni-Kitty demands it!)~
