I just started watching this Legend of the Seeker thing guys, and it's soooo bad but it's soooo good.
I think I've seen every single actor from Spartacus, Hercules, and Xena in here.
Can't stop. Won't stop.

Can't expect a tv adaptation to be better than the source material, and the source material in this case is trash. I'm pretty sure you could get as much fun reading these excerpts from the books with "fan" commentary as watching the show.

More on topic since I haven't seen it here. Legion has been really fun. Don't let the fact that it's a show based on a comic turn you away, it's clever and really well produced

I'm almost done both seasons now and this didn't happen.

They turned the show more into a Xena style kind of show. There's an isolated wacky adventure that happens once per episode, instead of following the books to the letter.
Like, for example:

they shortened the entire bit of Richard training his wizard powers with the sisters of the light into a single episode by having him lose his wizard powers the very same episode

Every episode feels like I'm watching Xena with all the Spartacus actors in the Sword of Truth universe. It's both terrible and awesome.
