I was sad that No Reservations was over. Then, Bourdain showed up on CNN with the same show, but better! "Parts Unknown"
Depends on what you like, there are a ton of good shows to consume. What services do you subscribe to? aka Netflix/HuluPlus etc? On Netflix I'd suggest the first season of Hell on Wheels, any of the discovery channel shows like Survivorman, Out of the Wild Alaska/Venezuala, House of Cards, then some of the older shows if you've not seen like Scrubs/BSG. If you have Hulu you can check out a bunch of new shows, some full seasons even but I'd suggest checking out Misfits, Journeyman, and Endgame. I can give more suggestions if you have specific types of shows, I marathon way to much tv at work.
I get NetFlix and fin... see other stuff. I liked Endgame overall, some eps were boring and I'm sure that's why it was cancelled. But, there are lots of gems like that out there that I don't notice for years after the premier.
This is a thread for people to report what they've found similar to the movies/netflix thread, but for TV shows.
Person of Interest, best tv show!
Misfits is the best show
Castle
Person of Interest
Fringe (completed)
Grimm
New Girl
Game of Thrones (should be Number 1)
Supernatural
Spartacus
The Killing
TrueBlood
Game of Thrones
Breaking Bad
The Walking Dead
Viking (The A&E? Or Discovery? or AMC? Who the fuck makes this? Version. It's great really, only one season so far but I do like it a lot.)
These are all quite popular, but if you haven't watched any of these you should check them out for sure!
Season 1 of Hannibal on NBC was fantastic, it also got renewed for a second.

Most the rest I can think of have been stated. Not sure if you just want new shows, or stuff to kill time.
Most of the shows I watch have already been stated, but gotta throw out some Top Gear for comedy/....kinda educational about cars and stuff. I don't even really care about cars, but Top Gear is hilarious and awesome.
Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (British version) is an amazing show
There aren't over the top cheap reality thrills like the Fox version and there is a fair amount of education towards food prep and the restaurant business. Ramsay actually cares about the people he is working with so you don't have to feel guilty when he berates the fuck out of them.
I burned through all the shows I wanted to catch up on, took a chance on Orange is the New Black (Netflix) and its actually really good.
I agree with most everything already mentioned in here and will second Game of Thrones, True Blood, Scrubs and pretty much Elcura's entire list.
Forgot to mention, The Americans is criminally underrated
Looking on my downloaded list, I have:
Franklin and Bash (comedy)
Ray Donovan (think Harvey Kitel's(sp?) character from Pulp Fiction)
Gravity Falls (animation)
Falling Skies
Dexter (Season 1 and 2)
Haven't seen Jericho listed. That show was pretty cool.
