Yes, they're not new. They're not associated with any class right now, so most people never saw them.

Is Ishgard slated to be the hub ala Jueno? Goddamn that place looks nice -- most of the zones in this game do.

I doubt it, since it's not available at launch... unless I'm mistaken?

I also think they're trying to do away with a single hub-city, but they're probably never going to achieve that until they introduce a chat channel that can be heard from anywhere.

Ishgard is still "expansion" territory last I recall.

Some of surrounding areas aren't (Coerthas Central Highlands); tbh I expect them to lead up to Ishgard's release through event similar to the 7UE with the Dragons blowing shit up and the actual "expansion" being the rest of Coerthas, Dravania, Ishgard, and Sharlayan. (In other words the NW section of Aldenard)
