Level 15, you get spells. I clarified that earlier. However, it looks like your spell list depends on your race.
Bunny/Lizard/Mandy are Black Mages. A bee is a Red Mage, complete with cures. Interesting to note!

Just dinged 15 on my Lizard. I have no spells. Perhaps its based on the Traits you set? I set Hume, Galka, and Mithra. I do however, have DEF bonus and Resist Virus Job Traits. No Magic though. did you set Taru-Taru?

And the spells were there. Seems a Lizard is a BLM as Taru man pointed out. Got access to pretty much every BLM spell up to the level.

Not that i can tell, but theres fuckloads of Monstrosity not implemented yet, and they've even mentioned gear, and other stuff. I'll keep ya updated though

This seems to be the case BTW. It also looks like Its jobs, and both level at the same time (For instance, if you switch to BLM lizard at level 15, Your normal melee lizard still levels up, So "Lizard" levels up as a whole)

Possibly. Sheep didn't get anything at 15 either. Will update when I hit 20!

In other news, could the quiz with the cointeach depends on which entrance you take? There's four cointeach, four entrances. I can't find anything about determining which NPC is which, but maybe the answers are set based on the entrance you take?

I entered all 3 characters from bastok, thats not it. Maybe when I entered on all 3 characters, I entered 1 and 2, and the game day changed for #3.

But the answers do seem to be pre-determined at some point, its not a crap shoot, so take a pen and paper and go by process of elimination. Shouldnt take more than 9 attempts (1234/123/12) with this knowledge. There may be some way to make it less guess work, but theres no hints that I saw, soo. There may be a pattern based on where the first NPC is located.

Possible answers determined so far, in order of appearance:
Aengus > Ternyon > Suibhne
Suibhne > Aengus > Teyrnon.

Looks like If you get the first one right, the other two are likely in order. Those are a pattern being... A > T > S (T > S > A, S > A > T)

For what its worth. If you type <job> it gives you a Main and sub plus their levels, but no Job linked to them. For instace at 25 I'm ???25/???25, Main and Sub are the same level. It looks like the Casting Lizard (Ash Lizard) is BLM/WAR. At 25 I got Double Attack, and have DEF bonus/Resist Virus... Consistent with WAR Job. So like most monsters in the game, Our Sub jobs are the same level as our main jobs, and that subjob is WAR.

monstrosity has HUGE potential. If they do it right i can see some GREAT pvp opportunities. Build a HNM and fight alliances with it, 1v1s, etc. monstrosity is pretty hype atm.

They already made a nice fuck up by making it reset your spell list lol.
