My department exchanged gifts this year since theres only 3 of us and I bought it for a co-worker with a similar sarcastic asshole sense of humor for Christmas and hes read through it cover to cover already and loves it. I think the author is fucking hilarious, IDK how someone hasn't killed him yet though.

I punched in Calgary Pride and not surprisingly found this (I was going for "pride in being Calgarian", but this works too I guess):

Which is also quite remarkable for a city like Calgary, as it's general reputation is that of a super conservative, oil loving, red-neck town. He won his first election through his use of social media and connecting with the youth of Calgary (The other 2 people running where really quite reputable and good candidates as well. But while they were fighting for the smaller numbered, old voters, Nenshi got the youth to come out and vote in droves.) He also cruised through his most recent reelection with ease as he's been a fucking amazing mayor.
