Preorder code went through, but didn't receive the email they claim to have sent.

I have no idea how to use this to get any of the items, just instructions on how to download for PS3. Which I've already done during p4.

I don;t think you can redeem the item codes until the 24th. I may be wrong though.

I can't even log in to the Player Management now lol. Keeps telling me my email is invalid, which it obviously is not.

Just going to try much later. No desire to call customer service unless its absolutely necessary. -_-

I got the redeem preorder code email back on the 22nd of July. I double checked today and tried to enter it again, just to be safe, and am getting an error. I am positive that it went through correctly back then, though.

I wonder why other people are just now getting them today?

Are you sure? Previously the websites were asking for a 20 digit code, but EU and NA received 18 digit codes. The websites were only supposed to be active starting today.

I did this twice. Oh well. Also I got an extra from GMG cause their website is shit. I was trying to buy on their site and kept getting errors. Said fuck it and went to amazon to get 2x codes. An hour later I get an email from GMG saying thank you for your purchase.

Mine went through second try (thanks tancients <3), no email for item code but it popped up on screen with instructions. I input that new longer code just fine on the site they linked and it popped up confirming both items and gave a link to DL the game.

The website that I plugged into asked for an 18-digit code that was active on the 22nd when I received the email from Amazon. I put the code in and that was that. The code was separated into 4 sections on this site: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/

I haven't received an email from anyone since, other than an SE email telling me about P4 beta.
