Redeeming pre-order code

I pre-ordered digital download from SE site, and still haven't gotten my email, nor had my account charged. I hope they didn't forget about me.

This happened for me too, I had all 4 items (Onion Helm / Garlond Goggles / Asuran Armbands / Hermes Sandals). Except, the mail for the Hermes Sandals said "heres your stuff!" but didn't have an item attached, like the other 3 did. Mailed support, and not a big deal, but kinda meh :3

I think he's confusing the Onion Helm and Asuran Armguards with the new CE stuff. Because there's no gloves as part of any CE, and none of the 2.0 CE stuff was sent out on account of all of the barding not being usable yet.

Same, 1.0 CE, non-Legacy. Had all of the 1.0 CE items in my item list already, but nothing 2.0 related. No mail either. I would assume one would have to put a key in somewhere.. but maybe once retail starts it will appear magically.

enterd my code say invalid lol

edit: however when i got to my account page it say game registered today but no mail for the 20 digit code so i dunno what the deal

Unless you created a new character you'd already have the items on you, can't hold two at once.

Apparently the e-mails will take a while to be sent out. And by that I mean hours.

well that would be fine really, however i registered for PS3 and it say PC register lol i got early access since im legacy but my items !!!;;

Even if you apply the preorder code for PC platform you'll still get the item

It's the Game code that you wont be able to apply for PC

As great as they are, the crystals kind of make that moot. I could tele to the exact location I wanted to in town and run to npc in under basic sprint timer.
