Check through all the recipies, I have all but 2 books done but the synth gave 104-108 a turn in for max quality
How much of a bump is it for specialists vs nonspecialist? And it's pentamelded scrip gear onry now?
20 craft/control bonus for specalist, i have no melds outsdie of cp3 in main/offhand sitting at 861 craft/830 control/420 cp. Crafts take 850/820 so my melds barely make the cut but thankfully.
I just need to figure out the progression stage of the synth reliably and then work on hq'ing.
and I think new scrip gear for crafters/gatherers is hitting thursday too so they should make it even easier.
New crafter gear should be the casual versions off what is already out for left side. They are "keep" pieces not master. I could be wrong but be stupid of them to introduce new right side to meld. Then again it's SE we're talking about.
I thought the only new gear was off hands and accessories?
Ariyala has them as i180 unmeldable, so probably only the offhands are worth it if you're really not wanting to pentameld the i170 version.
I have i180 mainhand, pentameld i170 offhand, and full omnicraft pentamelds in every other slot (i150 left side, i170 accs and belt). My melds are max CP with pretty even CRF/CTL (but no T5s).
With HQ Seafood Stew and Specialist bonus, I'm sitting at 856/814. So it looks like either I'm going to be using FC Control bonus or I'm going to need to switch to a melded i170 mainhand.
edit: even i170 mainhand won't help unless I use T5s, as I'm losing 15CRF/8CTL from i180 right off the top
You can probably get away with just using a melded body instead of your omnicraft body.
Anyone try these synths yet? What sort of CS2 progress are you getting with min req stats?
I logged out on my gsm so lodestone will update in the near future. I'll post when it gets quiet at work of melds too.
Here is all my melds for GSM, main and offhands only have cp+3 into them

Control missing from belt, and with 4 slots left over in both main/offhand its a shit load of room to wiggle in.
I've got basic i150 unmelded stuff for my crafters, and never really did anything with red scripts.
Would the best way for me to catch up to cap Red Scripts and buy the new i180 gear?
That plus food/fc buffs if it pushes you over. Too lazy to actually check up on it. New cul food that isn't specalist gives 70 craft/30 control so if you can talk someone into making that nq it should be more than enough of a jump.
What are the new eso mats used for?
