Those would be when yeah. I suppose you could make a few macro's (which it'll be annoying) but if cp xxx then use macro 2/3/4 etc and have it check for tricks more often. I enjoyed the 2* rotation too much so having to actually craft and pay attention is still new to me D:

Nice rotation, definitely one of the best I've seen that doesn't require a ToT proc. With a ToT proc early on, the 2x Basic essentially catches it up with the riskier 10x Hasty I've been using.

EDIT: One suggestion for the rotation. If you do the second PbP after Ing2, you're better prepared to capitalize on Good quality, if it comes up. The downside would be you have fewer steps to decide to Reclaim or not since your CP would be 39 rather than 56 two steps prior to BB.

What lvl are they de-synth-able? Haven't even tried desynthing yet, any good guides out there?

It's going to cost a lot of time and money to get desynth to a level where you can reliably break down primal weapons into their special ingredients (90+?).

And those special ingredients are good for.....making 4th string weapons at an absurdly high cost.

Anyone ever figure out what causes a fish to "get away"? Is it just another stack of rng to glaze the fuck you with.

Generally, it means that you don't have the necessary Gathering for the specific fish. You'll only see it rarely while leveling fishing if you cycle your gear with any regularity, but Big Fish take often obscene levels of Gathering only accessible through the i70/75 mainhand and/or heavy melding.

Far as I can tell there's the minimum Gathering requirement to catch a fish, if you don't meet that you'll get a message stating as much.

Once you meet the minimum then you have a % chance to successfully reel it in, the more Gathering the better your chances are (same as MIN/BTN, you just don't get to see the % odds plainly), a fish "getting away" is just the RNG rolling a whiff.

Well it changes at set time intervals, if people are showing up just after the weather hits that's not so much predicting as it is looking at the screen when it's due to change.

Was fishing next to GF while she levels up out of boredom at Oakwood, noticed I don't have the log complete. Anyone have info on catching Toramafish? The internet is fairly devoid of helpful info on it.

Caught a few Coeurlfish so far, but haven't lost any catches or anything.
