Rose gold ear clasps or Radiant astral eyes. You can get the philo mat back from desynth and they can yield Field IIIs.

I really don't get this, hinging an entire synth on 2 80% chance actions does not seem worth it to me, especially considering you don't have any CP for Reclaim at that point either.
Regardless of your HQ% you're resigning yourself to a 64% success rate on just successfully completing the synth itself.
Even if you fail 1 RS it isn't a huge deal. Doing it this way saves a good amount of CP, possibly affording you another MM/MM2 depending on tricks procs. If 2 RSs fail, reclaim and try again ... the whole reason the best practice has been doing progress at the start is so you absolutely have the CP for reclaim should things go south. Having tried many different ways to get to 1 CS2 to finish out, I can say that this is the way that has hands down worked the best (for me, take that for what it's worth).
think most just treat it like HT at this point. if it fails, oh well.
I personally do x3 craftsmanship IIIs and x1 control III. If you have the Lucis you don't even need that.
Nope no Ingenuity 2, I think most people start off their rotation with CS>IQ>SH2>PbP>2xRapid then depending on how many ToT were used, either hasty spam until 10/20 dura (refreshing SH2), or if unlucky and no good procs, then use 2x Hasty, then 1 CS2 to get to 20 dura to pop MM2, or can reclaim before MM2 if you are unhappy with the results by this point.
And it does need the minimum of 453 craft to do this, unless you do want to use Ing2 for the rapids and cs2's, but I think it's a waste of CP for 4 star though seeing how easy it is to get at least 453 craft now.
Finally pluck up my courage to try a 4 star synth on first 4 star class
Buy/make HQ mats
Try making Forager's Doublet
Realise it's not going well
Hit Reclaim
Reclaim fails.

Play around with this first if you're not certain how to handle 4* from what I can tell it's about as accurate as the real thing.
Normal or lucky?
I was using both Bacon Broth (NQ) and Tinker's Calm at same time.
normal for mastercraft
fucking lucky for not breaking any needles with 0.17 skill up.........
I have had 2 saw broken back to back at 94% I don't even......
To get that many x2 and x3 mastercraft and no rose gold nuggets of shit, is quite lucky.
Nice luck with those MC's ;o
My GSM Desynth is at..104 currently. Once I hit 100, it sure is nice to do Artisan Needles at 100% chance. Sadly I've gotten like.. 0 MC's outta 5, while the 4 Artisan Specs I got from rose gold cogs I had all gave 1. RIP.
That is freaking lucky.
Been crafting a lot for the past week.
This is the result:
And 10 minutes later and around 3-ish dBSM levels
Spoiler: show
So where is the most common place to get fieldcraft 3? I'mma need a bunch for supra DoH/DoL weapons.
