What's the quickest way to spirit bond high level crafters gear. I want to convert to material but been at 18% forever. I tried quick synching a bunch of low level stuff but no dice, I'm guessing only gain sb on high level synthesis???? Can I quick synth high level stuff and get sb or have to manually do it? Please help me my life is in danger
The best way is to use HQ gear that you want to SB with some trash materia in it. You'll need to synth items that are no more than 10 below your current (I think that is the soft floor that we know of).
For me on Goldsmith I just get a shit ton of Raw Stones for the Rubelite/Zircon/etc jewels and quick synth those.
On a related note, since the non-militia accessories are closer to level of those crafts, they will SB much faster than say your JSE equip - downside: they can only make level3 materia (your JSE can POSSIBLY make lvl4)
The militia wristlets should be able to make lvl4 materia though and they aren't too costly compared with JSE.
If you're spiritbonding anything besides DoH AF, you're better off just doing it on a DoW/M; it's much cheaper.
Idiotic question, but why do you want trash material melded for spirit bonding? That increase the rate or something? By how much?
Yes it increases the SB rate, no I couldn't tell you by how much.
The tier of materia doesn't matter, so just use T1 junk.
Does the amount you have on a piece increase it more?
Supposed to, yes.
I can't say how much, I tested that a double meld T1 and a double T3 SBed at the same rate but no idea on # of melds.

I seem to recall it's about 5% faster spiritbond with a second materia on. I purposely tested this the other day with a set of militia gear and made a note about the % difference between my 2-meld and 1-meld pieces but I can't find where I wrote it down so take that with a grain of salt.
I had SB FC bonus active as too.
So I just used Manipulation on 10 Durability and it didn't break - is that a ninja fix? Did I miss this somewhere? I've always seen it break because it would deduct 10 Dura before regenerating 10 Dura

In the pic he merely used Manip @ 10 durability, that has never broken a synth.
