Hrm I didn't see a bonus to Full Thrust in notes, must have glossed over it. 5% of 1000 would only add another 50 dmg so I was wondering where the bonus came from. Checking again, thanks.
Don't know what this means for Vorpal Thrust? Is it a typo? Again I found nothing on Full Thrust

Anyone else notice Jump's description now says 250 potency?
I think it's erroneous like the lowered potency on the BRD WSs, I haven't noticed it doing more damage than I'd expect (don't feel like testing tho).
edit: was doing the Christmas FATE and realized the test dummies were right nearby, the description is wrong, potency is still 200
One question I have, with the removal of DoT clipping, is it now worthwhile to just just ignore Fracture and only apply Phlebotomize? I mainly used Fracture just to maintain the timing with the other dots. Yes, DoT clipping is bad, but it is now not quite nearly as bad now.
Never used Fracture to begin with, with the improvements to the other WSs I see even less reason to use it now.
Fracture was always a DPS loss and a significant increase in TP usage.
Are there any pieces of Darklight that are "meh" enough to just make the crafted+melded i70 for that slot instead? Trying to work myself into the Allagan spear I just got, have plenty of Philo to spend across main + alt's philo can go towards mats, and well...

Also praise to the SE kings for allowing Heavy Thrust buff to proc even if you do 0 damage (hi Robot Soldiers in tier 4).
Should go without saying that pretty much all ilvl 70 crafted pieces are superior to their DL counterparts when melded, it all depends on how much time/gil you want to sink into it.
Considering you've already got DL head and hands, body is always a good option (lots of skills speed and crit, can meld DTR or ACC if you need it) as are trousers now that everything is only 9 philo mats (also SS/crit).
The stats on DS head/hands/feet are DTR/ACC like DL.
Has anyone else had a problem with Spineshatter Dive in boss fights since the update? I use it in fights to jump to my target if they're across the map from me. Tonight in Turn 4 I would do it...but it wouldn't actually hit my target. Did it again in Garuda and even Copperbell HM. If I use it during a boss, it wont hit my target but some other random target.
I do have a complaint.
Get rid of Power Surge and give us an ability that isn't so bland and pointless (and bump Jump's potency to 250 like they had considered given the new description).
I would say not to clip regardless. I haven't reevaluated my rotation, but it's quite possible with the changes that a new rotation is better. I'll eventually get around to doing math and such. Also, to the guy who said Fracture is a DPS loss, it's not, but it used quite a bit of TP for little return. However, if you were running the optimal rotation pre 2.1, it was necessary to not clip DoTs.
Yeah, looks like I will end up making crafted i70 for all the slots I'm missing for now. Have mats lined up for body/feet/2 rings at the moment.
Don't waste the gil putting T4s in them.....just.....don't >_>
