Weird. Account Status only shows pre-order bonus, not CE and only shows the character I rolled on a JP server last night since I couldn't connect to the NA/EU server that I used during Phase4 and EA. Is the support center team up and running still?

Fucking awful site design. Apparently I was supposed to click the ambiguous as fuck meteor icon and not "add new service account", so now my CE is registered to the wrong thing. Hopefully they fix it by the 29th, apparently NA site isn't as shitty as EU at least.

Yeah, my NA character showed up when I got back to put the ticket in, but still no CE bonus items listed. The Cait Sith doll and Moogle cap are in my delivery box, but I haven't taken 'em out yet.
