I almost can't handle the self-entitled bullshit from the short-bus kids you get on this game.
Just did a Duty Finder Cutter's Cry on my WHM. The second we zone, the PLD informs us that if people are stupid during the first NM, he will port out and go with his dungeon static. He doesn't put any Oath-buff up until we inform him, after the second boss. He gets hit by nearly every one of the mega-boss' moves.
Needless to say, he felt like an asshat when we won.
Who the hell has a dungeon static
- Allow a real teamwork, you can say what you want from loot & agree on what you lot.
- Allow you to assign each person a role without fits or "I know better then you do™."
- Prevent you from an eventual asshole leaving the party because X or Y thing went wrong.
- Prevent you from waiting on the DF for a while if you're a DPS class
Sames goes for Primordial & Hydra/Khimaira.
Kept thinking of George Takei's voice while reading that.
This was in AK right after the 1st boss. Sometimes I hate playing SCH.
Nothing is silly in making one, because ppl raise experience and confidence in the job they are playing, which is one of the best way to learn.
I decided to visit the DPS section of OFs. Wow.
"Ideal" BLM AoE rotation:
F3 > Flare > Transpose > B2 > B2
(granted fucking everyone disagreed with the idiot who said that one, but holy shit)
Didn't take a screenshot but had a slow as hell DRG in a WP run. Didn't run when the pudding boss aggroed hime so we had to raise him during the fight twice. When I checked his gear he had a Darklight spear so he should have known WTF he was doing. Also his accessories ranged from level 35-49.
EDIT: Found him: http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...acter/2911582/
I apparently outdamaged a blm in an AK run while wearing full crafting gear in every single slot, except for militia pants. I don't know if he was slacking off because I was in full crafting gear, but still...
Had a first time BLM in AK who if he had a rotation it was something far beyond my comprehension. Some highlights:
F3 > wait 2 seconds > Flare > wait 2 seconds > Transpose > wait 2 seconds > B3 > wait 2 seconds > Fire I up to 3 stacks
F1 > F1 > B1 > whatever
F1+Scathe > F1+Scathe
