Afaik there is no penalty if the group is still not 4/4 after you join. My experience on stuff like that so far was that the other 3 ppl usually were a bunch of shitters who were circle jerking each other into believing that they are not the problem.

If you queue in-progress you have no penalty leaving, regardless of people there.

Yeah, basically always accept long elapsed time queues in progress, go in, go wtf guys pls uninstall if they're bad, exit and requeue if needed.

For the vault specifically with that much time gone you're pretty much guaranteed to be @ last boss with everyone blaming the last healer (not that they'll always be right). So the only fail there is in not accepting the queue pop. Oh well, live and learn?

So we recruit this DRG off our official forums post, definitely learned from that. Guy says he's been to swindler on a6s so we figure that means all the competence we'd expect (several of our static had quit while working on Brawler), but god damn this guy just wants to be carried. At first we just saw his dps was low but then looking more into it, 1 geirskogul over 2 hours, botd uptime of 20-30% which is kind of insane for the lack of geirskoguling, and so he's basically using 2.0 skills and not even doing well at that.

So we have a chat with him to try to see what's up, get a reason behind it to see if he'll improve, and get this wall o' text on discord:
