idk, it's always one of:
* Arbitrary items
* Arbitrary key items
* Infinite gil (which also includes limited free items that you then NPC)
The moogle only gives items, so it was probably some form of arbitrary items. The simplest exploit would be if SE didn't check the number of crystals you had stored on the server and let you withdraw as many as you asked for, in which case you could do:
* Interact with moogle to withdraw tons of clusters
* Send NPC sell packets for the clusters
* Repeat
If you filled up 80 inventory spaces with stacks of dark clusters and sold them all at once, you would make 960k per NPC interaction (1k*12*80). I'm not sure what the maximum sell speed is, but you can imagine how quickly you could make gil.
So magic accuracy skill isn't 1:1 with actual magic accuracy?

I never really expected it to be 1:1 given what we know about melee skills, but the tradeoff between magic accuracy skill and magic accuracy is so much worse than I expected (50%) that it kinda changes debuff mainhand options.
Oh totally didn't see that. That said they do say there will be some slight deviation and the melee ones are certainly not precise either. But fuck even being near that low is crazy.
LOL @ the attack bonus trait. If thats their way of fixing 2handers and hand-to-hand damage then good night! They would need to add a perma berserk trait to those jobs for it to take seeming effect

I'm at a loss here. Did they actually say they understand the underlying problems they've created that players have been pointing out for years? This is big news!!! Now just need to get them to understand what it actually takes to fix them.... that said they seem to imply that ranged was doing fine when they made the pdif adjustment which I assume is why they barely touched ranged pdif when it was already on life support before that and now is just dead
What if they reworked it to be percentage based?
At least they mentioned they will be adjusting h2h at the same time as 2H. Or maybe it was a typo and they are going to adjust 2h then claim h2h will get fixed later, cuz its not a 2h'er.
h2h needs a hell of a lot more adjustment than just an atk buff. It's always gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to adjustments.
I don't know much about the current meta, but MNK has been historically pretty powerful. I mean they used to be really good, required even, for delves back when they were new and you needed Formless shenanigans. Isn't Victory Smite still a top tier ws, or have 1h jobs like dnc blu thf completely overtaken?
mnk is the absolute bottom dd atm. And vsmite is awful
^ my pups got far better gear than my blu, yet my VS doesn't even do half the damage as CdC. I think the best my pup ever did was about 7k VS in ambuscade VD, and that was with a geo, a cor, and that was either multiattacks, lucky crits, or both.
Naw unless you can get true flight going rng is bottom. Fuck being put to a lower pdif than other pdif in the game for the first time ever while still having mando wait times in shooting
mnk has only good for limited situations where they can also tank somewhat because a true tank isn't needed or for procs, like abyssea salvage and yeah parts of delve. Really it only shined in ToA low man up thru early adoulin
before that it was sit on the sidelines until chi blast ready
