I don't know if I'm the only person who enjoys watching surf and attempting to surf but there's a REALLY cool stream from Surfline at Pipeline that streams whenever Pipe and Backdoor break.

Surfline Live is up again. Maverick's is breaking at about 25-40 feet. Even if you don't care about surfing, it's pretty amazing to see waves that big.

Exactly. I get super psyched when I'm just laying down riding on small waves and get a fake little barrel. I fake getting sucked over the falls and laugh like a madman.

On CNN today, they had a link to a dude surfing what they said to be a 100 ft wave, record.
He resuscitated someone on the beach and then went back out to catch the record wave.

That was awhile ago at Praia do Norte in Nazare. Carlos Burle saved Maya Gabeiera and then went right back out and caught a fucking bomb.
