Did they say the town name? I missed it if so, but what I took as high rise casinos and hotels is certainly on the way to ND from Mexico in the form of Vegas.

Speaking of, I wonder how long X-23 would be able to live after the movie. It's hard to know exactly when movieverse Logan got the Weapon X treatment since the timeline is so fucked, but based on the sequence in AoA it seems to have been in the 80s. Adamantium poisoning is killing Logan 60~ years later in this movie. Def sounds like Laura can look forward to a short life-span even by regular human standards, nevermind living as long as dad.

If you're going to look at it that deeply, then how could she ever grow with an adamantium encased skeleton? Logan got his infusion once he was already an adult without much/any growth left. They could just keep her as a bad ass little beyblade of death for all future movies.

X-23 does not have an adamantium coated skeleton, she has adamantium claws only.

comics. But also reasoning it out that it's a movie and actors age so there is no way in fucking hell they would sign off on a perma loli-wolverine since every actress they got would age requiring neverending reboots dooming the character.

He does going off the wolverine origins movie where stryker blows his brains out and deliberately says he knows his brain will heal but his memories won't so hes safe. The adamantium bullet is a call back to that.

If the adamantium bullet completely destroys and warps the adamantium skull he has, wouldn't his skin/brain/etc all regrow all warped and wrapped around his deformed, big hole'd metal skull? Like, it wouldn't just regrow back to normal, it's be all ganked up and fucked up looking

to be fair, that was the Ultimate Universe, mainline (616) hasn't been that silly.

Also, could be argued (in addition to the less adamantium in her body) that since she was implanted so young, her immune system was still fully developing, and adjust to the adamantium better.

No, the single drop of blood thing happened in 616, during Claremont's run. It was dumb and no other writer has taken it that far. He got super murdered by Magneto in the Ultimate Universe.

His healing factor is supposed to be the whole reason he can survive the adamantium poisoning. When he lost it right before Death of Wolverine he had to start taking medication to keep it at bay. After he healed from Magneto tearing it out, his healing factor was supercharged by not having to deal with adamantium poisoning all the time and was ramped up to Deadpool levels or beyond.

Main universe has had it that silly before. There was the storyline during Civil War with Wolverine hunting down Nitro where he was literally just a skeleton and completely regenerated back from it.

What makes you think it would destroy and warp it all up instead of just punching a more or less clean hole? Adamantium isn't supposed to do that unless manipulated on the atomic level... though that said it's not supposed to buckle under heat like it did in the other wolverine movie. Most like it just made a clean hole got pushed out and his skull skin etc reformed the same as before but now there was a gap in the adamantium covering the skull

You'd still have some gangly bits sticking out of the back. And the skull/tissue/etc would have to form around that
