Dont care about any of that. I care about Daken.

Well, DoFP undid itself so things didn't go from how they were there to Logan. Maybe the "fixed" timeline after DoFP had things fall apart sooner than they had previously. Consequences to changing the past, butterfly effect, etc.
Also we don't get a whole lot of context about 2023 in DoFP, hell that place could exist in one isolated spot in a world like what we see in the trailer. And a common time travel theme is things still play out the way they're supposed to no matter what you change, so the mutants in DoFP (and others) could have all died around the same time.

I am really gonna miss Jackman as Wolverine.
17 years. That has to be a record.
He started the franchise with Captain Picard. Best casting possible imo.
I felt like they had such a great cast all the way up to X3, then they ruined it and struggled to recover. It'd be like if Marvel screwed up everything after Iron Man and only had RDJ, or how Ben Affleck is great for Bruce but everything else sucked.
I really resent not having him cross over into MCU for Infinity War. FOX is stupid.
I thought this was cute, the Lego version of Logan !!

Deadpool & Wolverine team-up is being teased. No Deadpool cameo for Logan.

i just noticed this trailer now. This has such a "The Last of us" vibe on it o.o
Now that you mention it, I agree.
Logan is an attempt to bring an end to Hugh's amazing line of performances as Wolverine. And the ambition of doing that is to try and make an 'adult film' about Wolverine. To make a movie for grownups. We're not trying to make a movie that [satisfies] everyone. We're trying to make a movie that stands out and is different because it's kind of a grownup drama that also features intense action.
Really going to miss Hugh as Wolverine. Dude went all in with the character. I remember everyone criticizing the initial casting saying he was too tall lol.
The last good thing about Fox's line of shit. Can't wait to see him in MARVEL baby!
It doesn't even matter if Fox uses the character or not. He's one of the X-Men and thus falls under the general blanket of Fox. So unless Fox fails to do anything with that license (not bloody likely) then I wouldn't hold your breath. Besides, Kevin Feige has gone on the record in saying that they don't even have room for X-Men at the moment. I'm sure they could make it work if they had to.
As awesome as Spider-Man is in MCU now (even if it is borrowed) he was definitely shoe-horned into Civil War. I wouldn't want to see the X-Men handled that way.
