Really, they're calling that 4D now? A Klein Bottle, now that's 4D. A high tech rocking chair and surround sound? Naw.

They've been using that moniker for awhile now. I first saw it at the Shrek 4D ride at Universal. It's just 3D video with some kind of feedback, whether it be rocking chair, water spraying, etc. It's stupid, and it's nothing new.
Fuck the BW haters and fuck me, I am pumped for new game! #femshepisthebestshep
Jennifer Hale why u do dis to me
Fuck that new video =/
All the feels
WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT
Are they piloting the fucking Citadel?
SHEPARD CONFIRMED ALIVE?
WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Doesn't look like it's the Citadel, maybe a new vessel designed to resemble it for intergalactic flight... but there's no doubt about that line at the end. Whether it's our Shepard, our Shepard's descendants, a recording that our Shepard made though... who knows.
I'll go ahead and throw my hat into Speculation Station though: Shepard survives ME3, lives on to be a retired veteran who records what we hear in this trailer as an inspiration to future generations. The trailer is meant as a final goodbye/disconnect between the original trilogy and the new game(s) ("...look back together one last time") rather than an indication of a potential continuation (which would make no sense if the timescale that we have so far is accurate; Shepard would long since have been dead unless the canon ending is green or blue, not to mention it's been hammered into us multiple times now that this will not be a continuation of the existing trilogy, but an extension of its canon).
The craft at the end is either a very, very heavily modified Citadel (to the point of seemingly removing the wards entirely), or a new vessel created to emulate its design, which makes sense since an enormous planet-like spacestation would be the most logical choice for intergalactic travel.
Tbh the whole intergalactic motif seems to be a giant plot armor mechanic designed to not only take our attention away from them having to choose a canon ending to ME3, but also as a definitive, airtight way for them to completely separate the original trilogy from the new game.
I would love a nod to 'destroy' ending with Shepard alive. However my bet is that the voice over is just for promotional purposes only.
Okay, @1:18 is going to drive me nuts to remember that song. Good excuse to run through all three OST I guess.
Concept Art
Spoiler: show
Neat teaser, great concept art, but I'm really going to need to see some gameplay before I'm willing to move past the massive letdown that 3 was.
Kinda want to replay the game as femship, but eh. My moneys on a new citadel, one that travels to Andromeda (duh). That, and the plot taking place hundreds of years later, gives them all the plot armor they need to avoid making one ending canon over the others.
If you play femshep in any game, don't bother going renegade man.
Meer's comedic timing and delivery far outshines Hale's and it just feelsbadman.jpg
I always assumed that they'd go the route that the portal they opened up through Ark were used to send settlers through lead to Andromeda galaxy. After it (the Ark) was destroyed, they were stuck on the other side, and the ending in ME3 only affected organisms in the Milky Way galaxy - leaving the settlers who went through to Andromeda unaffected. Thus, the ending doesn't matter at all, as it essentially never happened to them. Like the website posted earlier in the thread suggest. It taking place hundred of years later wouldn't really matter at all that way, other than further distancing from characters and memories.
