Fuck anything to do with this game. Karpyshin ME novels were fantastic, I think that was the first 3. William C Dietz did the one after that. He did the Halo novel (the flood) I've stayed away from him ever since. The Eric Nylund Halo books were p.good (Reach was excellent, First Strike was okay and so was Ghosts of Onyx) never bothered with anything after that.

Yeah for those that haven't read them, the Karpyshyn ME books tie pretty well to the original story and are worth reading.

Just google to get his name right, he was a senior writer for KOTOR and ME1 and ME2. What a boss.

Today is N7 day. The highlights being that Bioware has released a patch for the XB1X version of Andromeda to make it “X Enhanced”. And Casey Hudson teased that a new Mass Effect game is in development. Nothing to see here, folks.

I don't mind a new Mass Effect game as long as they actually spend time to make it good rather than half-ass the thing and put out an unfinished product. Mass Effect has so much potential, but it's only been going downhill. EA should just let BioWare do what BioWare does best rather than adjusting to the whims of their investors. Would make the games so much better.

I mean the fundamental problem with Andromeda was it was developed by Bioware's b-team out in Montreal that had never developed a full game before. their main studio in Edmonton still has a p sparkly record and I'd trust it to do DA4/ME5 right, though they're busy with Anthem atm

I did DL one of them once but didn't get into it in like 20 mins of play time. But seeing y'all rave about it makes me think I should give it another shot. I want to say it was origins
