This is how I'm feeling at the moment. Not much else on TV at the moment anyways so I was going to keep watching this, but this show has been slowly building and getting better and better each episode.

Perhaps, but from Cassidy's "vampire rules in this show" speech earlier it doesn't really seem like he's vulnerable to religious things.

So...kind of a lot of unexpected things happening this latest episode. From preacher, from Cassidy, from Odin Quincannon (whose name I had to look up, the guy preacher ordered to serve god)...and it really didn't look like preacher was gonna use that fire extinguisher in time...

best line of the series so far though.

judging from the preview they will draw it out to the finale and it looks like the finale will recreate what happen in first issue

Im guessing preacher has God come down, SoK shows up to kill preacher and kills God instead either on purpose or on accident.
