I feel like I’m the only one not investing in crypto currency amongst my compadres. Help explain in laymen terms BG if I should or shouldn’t.
Where’s a good spot to look into to get started?
Only put in what you are willing to lose. But like zet said, high risk high reward, except for the entirety of 2017 where a blind child could've thrown darts and made 1000% return because so much new money flew into crypto.
I mean fuck m8 in january there was only 17 billion dollars in cryptocurrency, now there is 481 Billion.
Speculation and FOMO drives cryptocurrency. People have long speculated that Litecoin is severely undervalued and should be 1/4th the price of Bitcoin due to max supply and market cap. This causes people to see the price and that's when severe FOMO kicks in especially those that missed the Bitcoin train and they just start dumping cash into Litecoin. This was before Charlie Lee was interviewed on CNBC. Now we have a pump especially on the news that Litecoin is going to reduce its fees even further in its next release.
Plus, it may not cause it to move much but back when Litecoin was sub $100, some guy on reddit said he would down a full bottle of siracha and live stream it if LTC hit $500 by the end of the year.
So Litecoin seems to be the next train to jump on for medium-tier investing if I’m reading correctly? Panda/Tummie have a few of these?
I've always seen the 1/20(ltc/btc) ratio touted, which would bring LTC to 800-850ish
Ya sure, I have tons if I find my wallet
At least xlm/xrp continue to get me mad money gains. Pretty hype for xrp after today news as well since it's been stagnant for weeks now. https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurre..._not_just_the/
I took the dive and bought some Ltc last night. Using Coinsquare. This is fun waking up to the increase to LTC.
Coinsquare is a Canadian company.

https://www.coinbase.com is the easiest if you are in the US, if you are outside the US I believe you are open to much more options. Others would be better to ask as I have only ever used coinbase and that was years ago and I've been bouncing around on exchanges with btc that I have made since.
I guess
