Nope not yet. Currently the most popular sites are binance and poloniex, so what you have to do is buy eth or ltc from coinbase and send them to your account on one of those other exchanges. Which and how you do it depends on how you want to game the fees to pay less to transfer. Even with a direct transfer tho it's not crazy expensive, you'll make it back quick.

Binance doesn't deal with straight usd transfers fyi.

I personally would have sent the ETH instead, the transfer would go much faster to buy XRP. And if you preferred ETH, convert the BTC to ETH.
