Yes you do. I couldn't select my unpaid characters that were reactivated for the campaign.

Apparently a friend was able to use his code on his main character and then use his code from his 2nd account on a mule on his first account and transferred Nocturnus mail to his main. I thought SE said this wasn't possible.

Go to any festive moogle and talk to them, they'll give you the item and then trade it back to them to pick whatever you want.

Ok, I didn't get the code, maybe b/c of the funky situation with the account. (It's tech a shared account).

I called Square via Skype as well as emailed them, they're escalating it and hopefully I'll see the code soon; me and 'Neko will discuss which chara actually gets to USE the code once we get it. (He hardly plays anymore; only once a month at best, but this sorta thing we do discuss it first)

If that hit you, the number is 858-790-7529 (they REALLY hide the support number). Call and let them know; Oh and use Skype if you don't get free long distance anyway, it's cheaper. ^^
