Resonance is a newly formed free company aiming to participate in all aspects of the game - from the casual and social arena, to PvP and finally to endgame raiding.

Our philosophy is "play smart, not hard" - we are not a bleeding edge free company, nor are we hardcore. We are not going to throw countless hours at a boss just for the sake of fighting it. We are however serious about progression and to achieve this end, our main raid team (which we are recruiting for today) will contain eight individuals who are open to constructive criticism; who are dedicated and focused; and who strive for excellence.

We do not expect perfection, but we do expect good performance and we will succeed.

Presently, we are scheduling three nights of raiding a week (three hours each session maximum), starting around 9PM PST/12AM EST. Provisional days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The FC buff used will be the PvP currency buff in most cases, making this a valuable free company even if you are only interested in PvP or other casual aspects.

We are specifically looking for a Warrior tank, a healer, and a mess of DPS for our raid team. Experience is not necessary - a good attitude and skill is, however! SEE UPDATES BELOW

Non-raiding members do not require a formal application and can simply ask for an invite. As the FC expands in the future, it is likely that more raid groups will form and aid for things such as relic progression will be easy to find.

Need one Warrior tank and three DPS (one of which is a Bard).

Raid days are going to change somewhat - Thursday is a no-go. Raid times are also somewhat open to discussion - it is possible to consider a slightly earlier start, so if you can make times in that region but not exactly that late, still talk to us. If, however, you require times which are drastically different, this raid group unfortunately will not be accommodating that. Future ones are very likely to.

First raid: Friday 9PM PST / 12AM EST.

Provisional final raid days: Tuesday/Friday with Sunday used as a "overflow content" day if we are working on T5 progression or whatnot. Likely to be used in the short-term here as there are Extreme modes to farm etc.

We will be aiming to clear Coil T1-T4 with whatever we have; full raid force or otherwise - PUGing remaining spots.

At this point, it is not necessary to join the FC to raid (although we would ask you join the LS, and it would be preferred) - however, in the future, once we are larger, FC members will have priority.

Still looking for one tank (Warrior strongly preferred), and three DPS (where one is a Bard).

Experience is not necessary, but it's nice. If you are inexperienced, please read up on the fights in advance. Skill is, as always, the most important factor.

Bumping after a long time as one static member had to bow out.

Currently looking for one Bard! Requirements are below:

- Raid times are 9PM PST, Tues/Fri/Sun (3hrs/raid, with a break in the middle)
- Must parse 250+ DPS on a Summerford Farm training dummy, 3 minute parse (this isn't very high, it's just a basic dps competence check)
- Must have good mechanical competence (shouldn't have problems dodging in Titan EX while maintaining dps, for instance)
- Must have Leviathan and Moogle EX Primals unlocked
- Must have a relatively serious attitude; we're pretty lighthearted etc when we raid, but we seek improvement rigorously

Item level is unimportant, though the higher the better. You do need to be geared for T5 and above though. If you haven't cleared T5 yet, we will get you through it (it's on farm).

On a side note, we have a house in Mist Ward 1!

Please contact myself or Alaessa Laelan in-game if this would fit you (PM here is also fine). Please don't be offended if we DPS check - there are many low DPS Bards out there regardless of gear, and we're just ensuring that you would be a good fit with the group. It's nothing personal!

EDIT: Just need a SCH or BLM now. BLM has similar DPS requirements; SCH is harder to gauge but a high degree of competence is necessary!
