Link is pretty OP, even for DW standards.
Yeah, would have been nice if someone had been talking during this.. Too bad this guy failed.
Pretty sure the demo was made for Midna, seeing her text popping up with Link, at least with this map. Guess they wont show of Impa.
Yup, Midna text only, with one map. (unless Midna is fighting on the map elsewhere, cant really tell)
I'm ok with that since it's just a press demo, just find it funny. This game will take weeks/months of my life away.
Did anyone else's stream just jump back to Xenoblade..?
Edit, nvm, wasn't live anymore, it really jumped backwards.
Nope.
Different experience watching someone else play the game.
Lubu vs Ganondorf lol

Zelda is sun xiang shang, Link is like Liu bei... omg... love it. LOVE IT.
Fuck, with this, smash and the other new zelda game, I'm gonna need a Wii U. Also never thought about getting one until now but this shit looks over the top fantastic.
Midna looks fun, actually. I'm glad they included her, she was one of my favorite characters of the past few games.
Oh man, the gameplay is very similar to Gundam Warriors.
I will purchase this game.
Premium & Treasure editions detailed (Japan only at the moment)
http://www.siliconera.com/2014/06/16...rule-warriors/Hyrule Warriors will have “Premium Box” and “Treasure Box” editions in Japan, which will come with a few bonus items aside from the game. The main attraction in both boxes is a clock shaped like the Triforce, and Tecmo Koei recently revealed (thanks, Zelda Informer) what it looks like.
Aside from the clock, the Premium box will contain the game, an official booklet and six character costumes. Meanwhile, the Treasure box will contain the game, an official booklet, the clock, eight character costumes, a treasure box with sound, and the scarf that Link wears in the game.
The Premium Box can actually be ordered via Play-Asia if you care to import it. Meanwhile, the Treasure Box is exclusive to Amazon.jp and Game City.
Hyrule Warriors will be released in Japan this August. A western release will follow in September, although Nintendo have not announced any special packages or bundles for the game in the West yet.

Gah! I need a Wii You™ now! I haven't had a Nintindo system for years. I've only owned the NES and SNES. I skipped over the N64, Gamecube, and the Wii because of the good ol' hand-me-downs from my cousin. She would lend me the 2-3 must have games from each system (I don't recall if it ever went past 4 games per system). But this year's E3 conference really got me thinking in getting a Wii U. I know that the PS4/PS VITA/PC/Papyrus Paper are all region free... but from my understanding the Wii U is not? From this list of games that I really want are:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...vWnhPNWc#gid=0
Hyrule Warriors, Legend of Zelda (#1 reason), Star Fox, Xenoblade X, Super Smash Bros 4, Bayonetta 2 (maybe). The thing is all of those games are coming out for 2015 except for 2 of them... well 1 of them since I placed B2 as a maybe. I'm not sure if I should get the system now or just wait till The Legend of Zelda gets a release date. I want to hold off because of the possibility of a special edition Wii U with the Zelda game. I always go PC then console (PS4) if it isn't on the PC, but Nintendo has so many exclusives coming up!
And I really want the treasure box... but then I won't be able to play the game... but the collector's edition has a scarf and a Triforce clock and a treasure box with music! I can wrap the scarf around the clock and place it in the box! I'm not sure what to do, I need help.
Also isn't that markup way too high from Play Asia? It is listed here in Amazon.co.jp for 14904 yen which translate to $146.12?

What to do...
I can't be the only one who thinks that Triforce clock looks like total ass, can I?
The Triforce pieces look fine, I guess—but the LCD display in the center looks fucking horrible. The spacing is shit, and I'm getting a dollar store vibe from the whole thing. I hope it's a mock-up.
It's not about the quality of the product (because let's face it, who would actually use that as their alarm clock), but the need to have a cool preorder bonus that can sit around in its box, making my collection of Zelda games and memorabilia even larger.
