icic thanks man
1030 EST is the absolute earliest it can start afaik, but more likely 11ish
that last fight was a good example of a stalemate on the ground being really exciting
guy goes into rd 3 down on points and is struggling to get the sub the whole time, was really pulling for him
Shogun pulled out of the OSP fight, so they've replaced him with Yushin Okami.... lol
He's still active but he's a welterweight and never really made much headway into the top 5 when he was in the ufc.
That's such a gimme for OSP it's unreal.
This FN card so far has been entertaining, 4 KO's, 1 sub, and only 2 decisions and there's still 3 more fights
Edit: make that 5 KO's

Annnnnd 6 KO's Jesus

I was worried about watching that from the onset, other guy looks much smaller
edit: oh wow, perry calling out lawler - that'd be a great fight to make, dunno if it'd play out great though lol
Amazing rd1 for branch vs rockhold.
great gameplan and execution by Branch by pressuring and staying in boxing and clinching range. Luke ain't too much standing if he can't kick
yeah im a fan of luke and it was hard to watch a few times
luke doesn't look as dangerous when pressured so hard
Not a great rd 2 though
brutal man, Luke is so heavy on top
great adjustment by Rockhold. couldn't keep Branch off him so accepted the clinch and grapple fucked him. the perks of versatility.
i think that was to be expected, not a bad showing for branch though
and lol at fumbling on the mic. DC is the man
(46 seconds if it doesn't embed with timestamp immediately)
OSP got another von flue choke last night, he has 3 of the 5 finishes with it in the ufc.
crazy.
gokhan saki fought yesterday too and it didn't look as good as I was hoping
still got a KO in the 1st and didn't look to take any srs damage (that elbow in the vid does look like it makes saki's legs go spaghetti for a second though)
He's a K1 fighter and they only fight 3x3 minute rounds. He did acknowledge his cardio problem though.
yeah, and according to him this was after a two and a half year layoff and started training just 4 months ago clinch/TDs/wrestling
idk, just expected more out of it after the hype job rogan did a while back that had me binging on all of saki's fights lol
never thought i'd see Gadelha get ragdolled like that, Andrade put it on her and slammed her ass all over the ring
