The UFC won't pay him what he thinks he's worth , and I don't think he's ever actually enjoyed it - he just did it to make money.
He makes money away from fighting now ( teaching + appearances ). He doesn't need it anymore.

think Diaz is gonna get murdered/grapple fucked but his one shot is he has cardio for days, loves to scrap, and Woodley does not like to work. Rory is a much better striker than Diaz but he decisioned Tyron just by pressuring and hustling him.
