Holy shit.
Extra material in that episode too; I don't remember either the scene with Kotomine or Rin vs. Illya being in the VN.
So much stuff is thrown in here that ties back to Fate/Zero that it really makes it almost essential before watching F/SN. they also upping Rin's importance.
I approve with all these changes.
Wait, so I'm having trouble following all this right now.
I know UFOTable is re-doing FSN. Are they focusing on the UBW route with a HF movie to follow, or are they splitting this redone series into 3 parts and telling each path in like 8 episodes?
They aren't touching the fate route. This is the UBW route, and this series will cover only the UBW route. They're also supposed to be working on a movie for HF for later.
Although now I'm sad about HF only getting a movie because it's going to suck if they cut so much stuff out. One can only pray they go kara no kyoukai and give it like 7 movies.
They will probably do the same thing as UBW. Movie first, them a series
question for thoose who have read the VN does Zōken Matou show up in any of the fate stay routes or is he a fate zero character only? just interested if he confronts Kirei again.
He has a big role in Heaven's Feel
ah awesome thanks ive only seen fate route via anime same with zero and i always thought he had unfinished business was half expecting him to enter the war during zero. Im going to play through VN in a few weeks so ill see then.
Damn, they upped the action so hard on this. If other action series had 1/2 the quality of this last episode then we would never complain about action animes again...
Finally finished HF. I need to go back and get the good ed for ubw, and get like every tiger dojo stamp? But yeah a movie wouldn't do this justice. It needs something better, either a full 2cour series or a series of movies. I can't decide whether I liked UBW or HF better though, they both had their good points.
Berzerker fight (and all of ep3 really) was everything I hoped for. This is going to be amazing.
Yeah you need to get every tiger stamp (every dead end) for a special ending scene talking about the novel as a whole between Ilya and Taiga, it was a really nice way to end it I thought. Some of the Taiga Dojo's are hilarious while other's are just like "you failed, choose the other option".
Dem back muscles. Hnnggg.
