I think it's because she doesn't have a "legacy" look compared to the other characters. Every time she is placed in new content, she is redesigned. That and she has only been around for 15 years.

But seriously, WB hasn't really done much to market these characters in like anything. It's only for the adults for nostalgia, the rest is going to cater to kids to see whether they need to continue doing anything with them.


Disney, tbh, has done a much much better job keeping Mickey n' Friends fresh. (If you haven't see their new cartoons btw, you need to. They are glorious.)
