Couple days later current relationship goes up in flames and then ~2 days later this guy tells me that he's planning on moving to my exact city. I'd say WTF life I was planning on a nice break after this relationship, but this is working out too perfectly at the moment to not give it a chance.

Nah, the now ex-relationship is due to my now ex winding up in the hospital for alcohol withdrawal symptoms for the 3rd maybe 4th time since I've known him. Told him I wasn't going to stick around to handle it again, and it happened again. So nope, I'm out of that shit. Fucking outside the relationship was well discussed and we had a strict set of rules that we both followed. Now that the relationship's toast, I'm free to pursue it further.

Edit: to clarify before someone asks, we both got tested regularly and discussed everything together. i.e. I had sex with X person and we did Y/Z things. Sex outside the home was totally ok, romance was not.
