Managed to pretty much negate the Briny Mirror mechanic by just having the fairy heal the OT and the WHM only using SS and Regen. Still get the occasional stack from AoE heals but rarely get above 2 stacks at any point during the fight.

Great writeup.
Does anyone know what the timing is for when the Blue Orbs explode during the last phase?
I've been in groups where they ask the OT to run and grab all the Blue Spheres and pop Hallowed Ground to eat the damage in a corner. But I see no timer and have no idea when the Blue Spheres will detonate?
Thanx!
Can screw up your group's timing/phase-expectations though since adds can appear during Leviathan's dives if he's fully DoT'd and passes an HP threshold during it.
Is great when you push it for him to skip a cycle of dash/slam though.
Which is pretty much the only times I'll use Illumination on SCH w/ Whispering, then back to DPSing. Fight is pretty much a snooze-fest as a SCH until the 5 some Tidal Roars at once in the last 20%.
Helps to have OT step away from the group during 2hrs also so you can easily top everyone off directly without getting the stack duration refreshed. Just have Eos top OT off since you got 8 seconds of nothing happening after 2hr.
Out of curiosity, what kind of positions are people using? Sort of settled on something like this-ish (using the unspoilered pic in OP as base, assuming Levi is currently on north end).

Usually me as SCH stands abit in front where succor will hit everyone except the OT, always tells melee to be on outer side for succor to hit them.
This seems close enough to how my group stood on our farm, give or take some exaggerating.

Don't know how many times I got lazy with positions on sch and had nearby ranged eat healer-targeted aoes. Damage from it is so negligible at i90 as long as they're not standing between the healers, and we always pop off an AoE heal to top ourselves off after it anyways.
Will pull Eos closer to center for Dawn to hit everyone, other than that I like keeping her at the edge. I always keep on the MT side of things as I don't trust that tail's swipe coverage when OT runs to help with adds.
1/42 mirror.
Is this real life? Mean RNG.

How do plumes work exactly? All runs tonight were run with BRD, BRD, BLM, SMN as DPS. Plumes landed on the two BRDs 100% of the time. Is it always non-caster DPS or something? I would just stack with the other BRD in a corner upon tidal wave, plumes spawn, drag lengthwise on float, curl to middle while looking for water spout, and dodge pretty easily. Eliminating the shit in the middle of the arena made everyone's life a lot easier.
If you have any type of AoE offensive ability go off (since you wouldn't single target them unless you're stupid) you've gotten aggro. If you perform no action against them (i.e. hold off Foe Requiem during that phase) they go to the middle of the arena and ignore everyone. With the exception of our first attempt in which our Bard had Foe going we've never had to deal with them as it's easier to just hold off Foe when you know they're coming out.
Wait are we talking about "spumes" or "plumes" with "plumes" being 'Grand Fall'? I want to say I've had Grand Fall spawn under me as a healer but quite honestly I'm really retarded and don't pay attention other then "where is the big splashy thing" and "am i heavied?"
