There us another rumor from a untrusted site, geek.com (they've been posting marvel rumors as confirmed stories everyday for the past week), saying that Planet Hulk has been shoehorned into Ragnarok.
Is this when I say stahp?
Staaaaaaaaaaahp.
Also have to add that Ragnarok, Hela, Loki, hobo Odin, AND Planet Hulk just sounds like a bit much for one film. I'd rather them do PH justice in its own film, than shoe horn it in someone else's.
The full Planet Hulk rumor is that Hera destroys Mjolnir (Thor's hammer) which banishes Thor from Asgard. Instead of returning to Midgard, Thor ends up on a gladiatorial planet inhabited by deformed creatures. The champion of the planet turns out to be Hulk. How he got there was left out of the rumor.
Ugh. Just. Ugh.
Fine with me. We wouldn't get Planet Hulk anyway.
But carry on bitching before you even see it, nerds.
Speculation is half the fun imo. Also, you have to remember, this is a big finale for Thor's trilogy. The whole Planet Hulk thing could be a set up for possible spin offs or a high note to end the trilogy on. Personally, as many others, I am hopeful they do Hulk side of the story justice for a potential stand alone movie to tie into Phase 4. If there's going to be such a thing.
The way AoU ended, could be a sign that Banner is progressively more in control of the Hulk, or rather Hulk is assimilating Banner's traits and intelligence more and more. This wouldn't be a far stretch to bring the character to the state he is in, in Planet Hulk storylne. I just hope they don't make him into Joe Fixit. Also, expansion of the Gamma Family would be a nice thing.
This may be Tom Hiddleston's final appearance as Loki, Marvel has no current plans for him to appear in Infinity War

Meh.
Makes sense. He's already sitting on Asgard's throne. Ragnarok is coming. This would be a good end of Loki's story. And more importantly, Thanos doesn't need more villains taking away from his screen time.
Still, I'll be sad to see him go.
In four appearances, this will be the third time he dies, presumably?
Maybe he won't die and just isn't part of the other stories for now? lol
I mean no other Thor movies have been announced... and I for one, despite how good Loki is, don't want to see him in every Avengers movie.
I'd love to see a solo Loki movie thats not about being a hero or anything like that. Just one of his schemes or something
