Confirmed for NX, All 3 platforms to release at the same time

Id say chances of it being a NX launch title is about 90%.
No way Nintendo lets the opportunity slide to launch a DQ game alongside a brand new console.
Main scenario development completed, Casino and Spell of Restoration confirmed

New Detailshttp://gematsu.com/2016/12/dragon-qu...racter-detailsProtagonist
A young man who lives in the calm village of Ishi. He was brought up soundly by the people of the warm village. The curtain opens on his adventure on the day he turns 16.
Camus
A reliable partner. He is a blue-haired thief that the protagonist encounters on his journey. Although there is a rude side to his behavior and speech, he possesses a strong sense of duty and a warm heart. As a partner used to the ways of the world, he supports and guides the novice protagonist.
Overworld - Lotozetasia
The world of Dragon Quest XI is called “Lotozetasia,” which has a World Tree at its center. According to director Uchikawa, “It is a vast map comparable to previous Dragon Quest titles. It won’t betray your expectations.”
Some miscellaneous stuff: the series’ familiar Casino and “Puff Puff” ability will return. You’ll be able to play slots, poker, and mini-games that differ based on the hardware. The 3DS version will have support for StreetPass (different from Dragon Quest IX‘s treasure maps), while charming elements are also being prepared for the PlayStation 4 version.

Almost wondering if this is a return to DQ1-3's (and by extension DQ Builders) world.
Between the world name being "Loto" and the hero having his sword (or something that looks strongly like it).
I like Camus a lot already.
Wish they would talk about NX version though, but I understand why theyre not/cant/wont.
Has there been any word on whether the protagonist will be customizable? (I hate his looks )
Target release date: May 27, 2017, Nintendo Japan reconfirms Switch version

I wonder if the NX version will have the PS4 version display on TV while the handheld retro version displays on the portable unit.
