it started off okay and then took the turn to "just another teen" movie. It also looks like it'll be either long as fuck or things will progress in a convoluted way. Hoping the next trailer sets it up right.

Thank you. I am excited as fuck right now. Honestly, I kinda hope they don't release more than this in trailers as I don't want this to turn from "Oh man they didn't show enough" to "Oh now I know what the movie is all about".

I'm not excited as I'm worried there will be far too much teen drama crap in it, but I'm not writing it off entirely. Definitely avoiding trailers though because these days, Trailers just give away every interesting plot point the movie has to offer and you go in knowing what to expect.

Facts! I've been doing well waiting only 2-3 trailers before going lights out. Also kills any sour ideas about the movie from others into your mind.

Weren't the original power rangers all popular kids? "Teenagers with attitude!" Kimberly the cheerleader etc. lol these kids all seem like bullied underdog types in comparison. "Depressed teenagers with nothing to lose!" Zordon wanted to try something new I guess
