I'm too invested in this show to give up now, but I would never recommend this show to anyone anymore lol.

Basically where I'm at.
Yeah, I'm burnt out on these "big bad lasts the whole season" arcs. Admittedly, I don't really know the Green Arrow comics and the villains he'd typically face there, but things would just feel more interesting if the only meta he was facing wasn't evil Laurel and there was more emphasis put on creatively stopping them as a normie.

Uncle Guggie is a hack.
There has been no shortage of close calls for Oliver Queen when it comes to protecting his Super Hero identity, but in the season six finale, he was finally backed into a corner and forced to reveal himself to the world as the Green Arrow. Now, Oliver will come face-to-face with many of the criminals he placed behind bars, as he makes a new home for himself at Slabside Maximum Security Prison. Oliver will find himself vulnerable in a way unlike ever before when a mysterious new enemy begins to unravel his work as Green Arrow, challenging him to redeem his name or risk losing everything.
S8's only gonna be 10 episodes then it's done.
Oliver totally gonna die in Crisis on Infinite Earths based on that episode count.
Yeah, this is what I was thinking as well.
I am glad it is finally ending though. There are still some good episodes sometimes, but this show seems very hit or miss most of the time. Maybe a shorter season will give it more focus and less filler and hopefully be a good send off for the show that basically started this whole superhero thing on CW.
I've really enjoyed them going back to the villain of the episode thing this season. The main story arc is pretty meh though.
Still monumentally better than Flash this season
True. How will Cicada get away this week?!
LoT has been the best show in the Arrowverse for the last season or 2.
