How sick would it be if the character models actually had this art style (from static pic of video) in-game? Their models look absolutely terrible once fully rendered in their styling.

probably just me but i can't get behind the flying ermac. flying characters looked dumb in injustice, and still look dumb in mkx.

it kinda worked for a character like sindel in umk3 where it was an actual move, but not this floating an inch above ground stuff.

Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios have announced the Mortal Kombat X equivalent of a season pass. The ‘Kombat Pack’ will include access to four playable characters still in development, as well as costume content.

The four characters include:

Jason Voorhees – the horror icon from the Friday the 13th Films
Two Klassic Mortal Kombat Kombatants
Another special guest character

Fans who purchase the Kombat Pack will also receive the ‘Samurai Pack’ containing three new character skins—Ronin Kenshi, Samurai Shinnok and Jingu Kitana—as well as an accompanying skin pack with each playable character.

Kombat Pack owners will also gain early access to future downloadable content before it is available for sale individually.

The Kombat Pack will be included with all Premium, Limited, and Kollector’s Edition by Coarse versions of the game. Otherwise, it will be available separately for $29.99

Their backgrounds on stages are absolutely stunning, but the actual character models themselves are downright embarrassing for today.
