Decided to pause from the Fallout 4 binge to give this a play, and Fallout is now totally on the backburner.

This game is fucking amazing.

After playing more over the weekend, Microsoft paying for timed exclusivity for this title is a goddamn coup. Disappointing I'm having to experience it at shitty frame rates, but w/e.

Easily the best title of the holiday season imo, and I might only leave it behind Witcher 3 for best game of 2015.

I have a feeling I'd give it to Bloodborne over TR or The Witcher but I haven't played TR yet. I'll wait til it hits PC.

With Fallout 4, Destiny : Taken King, and Pillars of Eternity fighting for the 5 spot.

Edit : since I'm sure someone might get butthurt, Fallout 4 is a great game. BUT, it's not really doing anything new and you have to hold the graphics against it compared to other AAA titles this year, especially with it sharing a release date with Tomb Raider which even on the Xbone looks fucking incredible.

Was a fun game but I definitely wouldn't call it good as anything other than a movie.

Def gonna play this one 'cause I did enjoy 2013 but its a one and done quick ride.

Everything good about the previous one is here, with tons of new stuff piled on top.

Tombs are more interesting and there's more of them, much more variety in combat (they added alot of new stuff here, almost too much to list), actual quests to complete for gear and upgrades, more stuff to hunt around on the map for the anal retentive types, and a decently in depth crafting system.

Game also looks to be quite a bit bigger as well, I'm at roughly 14 hours with 53% completion.

I've never played a TR title and picked up this one with the amazon BF deal for 15% off. Seeing how much Krandor is enjoying it, I'm excited to give it a try
