Not a great front shot/picture but it already looks 100x better. Proportions I think are a bit off though, looks like classic Sonic mixed with modern Sonic?

I'd put money on this being some weird ass marketing ploy where they put out this whack ass design just for the trailers and the movie already has a better Sonic in place. They've gotten a shit ton of attention and are now "listening" to the fans.

Either the proportions are roughly the same (because you don't want characters looking over Sonic's head when speaking to him), it was the plan all along (in which case the last point is moot), or Sonic is going to be standing on a lot of boxes throughout this movie (which would be the best and worst solution).

I'm kind of suspecting fake the more I look at them. The inside of the ears is different between them and I doubt it is just shading.

Idk what yall were expecting, but no way were they gonna leave sonic as some 2ft tall blue rodent. His face, eyes, and especially mouth got fixed and that's all I wanted.

I know. I'm just salty cuz I was a Sonic fan boy growing up and seeing this shit, along with the long string of bad games is just a shame. Than Odin for generations, colours, and mania.

Mind you, a fan boy cuz I had the Genesis games, woke up for that cheesy but great Sat morning cartoon, and bought the comics. None of that weird shit or drawing my own Sonic characters lol.
