Not just death timers, with no dragon to bother contesting ( as long as you get 1 before 30mins it's fine ), you just mirror the opponent and try and outexecute then and hope your jungler can find a gank that gives you a lead and the game.
Then one team loses a fight after 30mins and it's donezo.

C9 won a game with nidalee. I think that's only nidalees third win across all the major regions through the season thus far

yeah i'm not feeling it. also the "op" new champions when they get fed are so oppressive.

seeing quinn and lux rise in popularity in LCS makes me sad because there is no way to beat them if they get fed

Yes. This. New death timers are stupidly frustrating. I don't mind a faster paced game; I mind a faster paced game when it's because of death timers that are arbitrarily harsh specifically to force that. Speed up dragon/baron respawns if you want to make the game faster, or other things, but the huge death timers removes competitiveness and overly punishes a mistake, rather than rewarding great play.

Fucking commit to the baron or don't engage for that long, UOL. That was what, 3 or 4 barons where it could have at worst been a 50/50 steal and instead UOL breaks off at 20% baron and wipes it up, lol
