Mods and Temp-Mods on Chrome/Firefox can F12 for the developer tools to check the page for picture link addresses. Pretty helpful.

I've been googling gamespot and reporting links, and I occasionally come up with links like..

this is the archive of a page, and to report i'd have to go to the full page... but when I go to the full page, it's not there anymore since it's been deleted.

I assume these archives are auto updated after a certain period of time, if not, these links appear all over google that have been deleted on the live site.

I've seen [link removed] on lots of archive pages so far. But google's indexing takes a while to update so you will be seeing fixed pages all over google for a while yet.

This would work for lnks but not quotes. I suspect the quotes are what caused IGN to burst a capillary.
