Ep 2 preview looked a lot more interesting though, so hopefully now the setup works done it'll get better.

I still think episode one will be more low-key than most. Episode two tonight should give us a better idea since it's starting with Saul getting kidnapped by freakin Tuco.

I expect Breaking Bad craziness with a lighter tone and more humor.

gotta remember that breaking bad was fairly deliberate too aside from the last few episodes. that being said, i enjoyed the pilot and would honestly be fine watching bob odekirk ham it up an hour a week

Breaking Bad opened with shit happening out in the middle of bumfuck nowhere with a half naked man.

That said, it felt like this was half an episode. Once it started moving you were already at the credits. 2hr premiere may have been more impactful? I don't expect this to be anywhere near as tense as Breaking Bad though.

The ginger twins should have been brutally killed by Tuco while Saul is forced to watch. Then they say he has to be their lawyer someday if they ever need it.

Wow, episodes 1 and 2 were beautifully made. You really feel for Saul and see

how he made his first connect in Tuco Salamanca.

It's going to be interesting to see how he makes his decent (ascent) from bottom feeder lawyer who can't catch a break to drugpin consigliere. Also gonna be interesting if they keep the post Breaking Bad plot going.

This show is way above what I was expecting. I read good reviews and I heard good things but this show is so solid. I'm totally into it so far. Really hoping they go far with it and I love all the tie-ins to breaking bad.

When they first announced this show, I was really expecting a lame cash in on Breaking Bad's success, but this show is definitely interesting so far. 100% watching all of this.

First two episodes were great. I forgot how awesome Bob Odenkirk is as Saul. It took me a while to remember who Tuco was. That was so long ago.

First episode was very boring and then the second episode comes in and leaves you wanting more. Definitely going to continue watching this show.
