I've had it occur while walking around dungeons with few/no buffs, and the cancel's I use are minimal and rarely activated. That said, I only have this C++ crashing problem when I use the Timers plugin. For the past couple weeks, I've simply not used it and have had no problems. Off the top of my head, I can't recall if it was trying to display a bunch of lines or not, but it occurred most frequently in WKR.

Can you try with this and see if it stops?
On the topic of crashing, I seem to do so randomly too, though the trigger is almost always checking my log in-game. Normally it doesn't happen but occasionally, even in non-crowded/laggy areas, poof. Game freezes up, have to shut it down. Done so twice within five minutes at Bismarck now. -.-
Doesn't offer much in terms of helpful info.
Offset 0x00038E19 inside of ntdll.dll points to the function: RtlpWaitOnCriticalSection
There are a few things that land up invoking this API which can result in the crash especially if the critical section data being used is invalid. This could be caused by:
- Attempting to create, delete, lock, or unlock a critical section.
- Various threading functions inside of the MSCRT.
- Calls to other APIs that manage a critical section object. (WaitForSingleObject, WaitForMultipleObjects, etc.)
But its not too easy to really give any definitive reason for the crash without an actual crash dump or other information.
Just crashed after spending all of 10 seconds fighting the Ouryu fight. "Playonline Viewer has stopped working". First time i've ever been kicked like that.
