I'm assuming that is the Space Stone (that is suppose to be blue) that Thanos is weilding to pull the Moon down to Earth?

It has to be. In the trailer he's wielding two stones: the mind stone (yellow) and space stone (blue). I bet he gets the Tesseract from Loki and swipes the mind from Vision. The movie has to end with him either finally acquiring all the stones or being defeated.

Strange has the time gem, which is why I imagine Thanos comes to Earth. I bet Carol gets involved at some point after Thanos beats the Avengers and goes to find the other remaining stones.

I think we'll find that Heimdall carries the soul stone or T'Challa (how he inherits the black panther powers and souls of past kings or something) does. Then Thanos only needs the Reality Stone from Tivan and the Power Stone from Nova Prime.

Ant-Man & The Wasp comes out after Infinity War, but before part 2. I think Ant-Man is either gonna be absent or written out of Infinty Wars early to explain away why Ant-Man would be having his own adventure after what is likely gonna be a cliffhanger ending for Inifinty War.

They always said Avengers 3 and 4 would have Thanos and the gauntlet. They just changed the name from Infinity Wars part 1/2 because they are both (supposed to be) their own full movies. They didn't want people to think it would be like Harry Potter or Hunger games with 1 story split into 2 movies a year apart.

Totally agree with you actually. But also doesn't change anything for me. I like keeping my trailers to an extreme minimum of 1-2, max 3.

Official updated MCU timeline coming soon;

All of that debate has encouraged us. We are going to be publishing an official, and I’m not sure when, or in what format, an official timeline. It’ll probably be apart of ah, I don’t know, apart of an in print that you can fold out and look at. But suffice to say, only in limited cases do we ever actually say what the actual years are because we never want to be tied down to a particular year and I think people assume that whenever the movie is released is when is when the movie is taking place, and that is not the case.
