Cowboy Bebop on Blu-ray coming this December

Cowboy Bebop Blu-ray Slated for N. America in December

The 26-episode series will be released on DVD, standard Blu-ray, and in Amazon and Funimation.com premium Blu-ray/DVD editions. The two Premium Editions will each feature different packaging and premium items, but their precise details will be announced later.
Mind you they announced this LAST FUCKING AUGUST, so to say it's much anticipated is an understatement.

This is allegedly a screengrab from the BD release:

Already miles ahead of the Bandai DVD release.

It's not hard to be; general rule of thumb when it came to non-Gundam Bandai (before they shutdown the NA side and just ran everything from Japan) DVDs was to expect derp.

They put on there Complete Series as if it was such an extensive list of episodes. Thinking back, it almost makes me want to cry that it was only 26 episodes. It felt like so many more. Then again haven't watched it completely in years.

They do this because Bandai did that 'Best Sessions' release and shattered people's trust of a release without everything in it.

It's also pretty standard to do on all anime disc releases these days since it's hard to judge from modern blu ray collections coming in such small packages.

Did the commentary inclusion really necessitate spreading the episodes over 2-3 more disks than the original release?

Only thing I wish that this had, but I know would be hard to pull off is the Bebop promos and for Adult Swim. some of those were just awesome.
