Weird
Spreadsheet said to do this today for bench
210x10
225x8
235x6
Got the 210 and 235, but failed in the 225 (missed it by one rep). Was worried I'd fail the 235 for sure after I failed by the 225

Weighed myself after that post I was 142. Say hello to my first meal of the day before I go to gym in 4 hrs.
Spoiler: show
Only things not pictured are rice/cheese and potato wedges im making.
I gain weight with anything over 2000; my cheat day was 2500 calories today.
I usually eat 1600-1800. On a cut currently, doing 1400-1500;
Not sure why even at that calorie range I have to do cardio 5 days a week to lose any weight. I do the lazyman way of counting calories. I just eat in whole quantities.
I'll buy a lb of ground turkey(93% lean), look at the label; 1 lb = 640 calories. Okay eat the whole thing, there's 640 cals. Add one 290 cal protein bar = 930. Eat a can of refried beans; 525 calories = 1455 calories. Okay we're done. We'll eat again in 18 hours (I do intermittent fasting usually 18 hour fast)
I do track my calories and my macro's. My food journal even has Diary of a big gay nerd written on the first page courtesy of andalusian
edit: and since when i eat out at the same places over and over i've even had my places find out cal/macro info for me since i eat same stuff every single time.
You should probably see a doctor or endocrinologist

one of those trays or the sandwich would set me back so much lol.
What would an endo even be able to show? Because I have had blood tests before.
Almost all my money goes to my food at this point. Reallllly working hard on tweaking my DIY soylent since it would cost me 2$ish a day. I mean it works... but i'm trying to figure out how to not make it taste like plaster without adding lots of chocolate flavoring.
Borderline BED, so I wouldn't mind swapping with you.
I understand what you are saying, but from my perspective you have it "easier". It's a grass is greener thing. I have the urge to binge all the time and at times it seems involuntary. This applies to alcohol too, before I know it I'm negotiating with myself about putting down the 25th beer, which just ends in mentally shaming myself. Money isn't even the issue, by "set back" it was about diet.
Bananas have a lot of sugar in them. I am sad. Then I looked up how much sugar in other fruits and was immensely more sad. Relatively bananas are low on the scale, and I like 'em.
banana is not bad for you. There are tons of good stuff in Banana that outweigh the amount of sugars it has. Eg: ~3g Fibers, shit ton of Potassium (~420mg), Vitamin B-6 & C..Just eat one a day..You can fit a banana into your daily macro-nutrients easily + it'll help you with your micro-nutrients as well. I've also read that for the average female, it is totally okay to consume 40g on top of your daily allowance so 14g of sugar from banana is nothing. Don't worry about it. Just make sure u eat right and drink a shit ton of water.
