    Yeah that's a good place to start. Idk what your current fitness level is but picking 'x amount of time you can do every day without hurting yourself' is good advice

    I imagine there are at least a handful of running groups wherever you live. Find one and you'll be able to connect with others.

    Some have been better than others, but every group I've run with has been super inviting. Admittedly a few weird experiences here and there, but nothing that deterred me from showing up the next week.

    My Nuobell 5-80 lb adjustable dumbbells finally shipped after 6+ weeks, happy birthday to me. Need to pull the trigger on an adjustable foldable bench, think I'm going to settle for this one but wish a few things were different about it.

    Over 600 in the morning? I'm assuming since almost anywhere won't test your test unless your fasted and before 10am. How old are you? 600 isn't bad but still isn't great either. guessing by "over 600" that's 600-700ish range? If you're 20s to early 30s that should be much higher in the morning, i'm 39 now and doing 100mg test on TRT (50mg 2x per week) and slowly adjusting up while watching red blood cell count and other stuff and mine is usually 800-900 in the morning.

    Hmm yeah at 600 you'd probably not notice a huge boost in mental clarity and such since you're not hypogonadal, might be a think to look into at 45ish though if it drops below 500 to get more pep in your step but obviously you're also signing up for injections for the rest of your life, which if you're good with needles isn't too big a deal.

    Yeah fuck that doctor, PCP or endo? If PCP just tell them you want a referral to endo, take those results and get on your juice. I had all my PCPs not want to test me or anything and when I finally did it was crazy low, like 220 at 37yrs
