    Blue procs during Wildskeeper Reives

    I looked around all the usual places and couldn't find anything. What are the blue procs during Wildskeeper Reives that I see occasionally? (Double blue !!). They seem to be triggered after weaponskills?

    It triggers the shift in modes... I.E it appears when you remove their aura.

    its just a visual display to queue that you triggered it
